These Terms of Service govern your use of the Auréa website and any purchase you make through it. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Auréa ("we", "us", "our"), based in Santiago, Chile. You can contact us at bastianalexander.palma@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

3. Products and descriptions

We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours and finishes may look slightly different on your screen. Product packaging may vary from the images shown.

4. Important note about our wellness products

Our products are general wellness and personal care products. They are not medical devices, have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Nothing on this website is medical advice. Speak to a qualified healthcare professional before using our products if you are pregnant or nursing, take photosensitizing medication, have a diagnosed medical condition, or have any doubt about whether a product is suitable for you.

Always follow the instructions supplied with the product.

5. Pricing

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). We may change prices at any time, but changes will never affect an order you have already placed and we have already confirmed.

We try to keep the site free of errors. If a product is listed at a clearly incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full, even after the order has been confirmed. We will always tell you before doing so.

6. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges that we received it; the contract is formed when we dispatch the goods.

We may refuse or cancel any order, including where the product is unavailable, where we suspect fraud, or where the delivery address is outside the areas we serve. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you receive a full refund.

7. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store your full card details. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

8. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Return & Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

9. Your use of this site

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, not to introduce malicious code, and not to copy, scrape or resell its content without our written permission.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, graphics and design — belongs to Auréa or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce it commercially without our permission.

11. Third-party links

This site may link to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This site and its products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly set out in these terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

These terms do not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer under the law that applies where you live.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of this site.

14. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the law of your country or state of residence.
